Position: Sales/Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja, Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.
- Monitor customer accounts, track sales, and provide regular status reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- OND/HND degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous general sales experience and ability to use a PC.
